These terms apply to Sippy: Alcohol Moderation Pet ("Sippy") for Android, provided by Hapiga Vietnam Company Limited. By using Sippy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we use data.

1. Who can use Sippy

You must be at least 18 years old. Use the app only where it is lawful. Give accurate information when needed for your account or purchases. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping sign-in information secure.

2. Health and safety

Sippy is a habit tracking and general information app. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a disease. The app and its AI are not a doctor, therapist, medical device or emergency service. Chat is not monitored continuously by a person. We do not guarantee a reduction in alcohol use or any health result.

Stopping alcohol suddenly can be dangerous if you are dependent on alcohol. Get medical advice before you reduce or stop drinking if you have withdrawal symptoms or think that you may be dependent. For severe symptoms, a seizure, confusion or immediate danger, contact local emergency services. See NHS information about alcohol dependence and withdrawal.

3. AI features

AI generates chat replies and some app messages. The service sends relevant messages and app context to OpenRouter and qualifying providers with zero data retention, such as Microsoft Azure, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI can give inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable information. Check information before you act on it. Do not rely on AI for medical decisions, emergencies or other high-risk decisions. Use Report reply on a saved assistant reply to send its text and your selected reason for review. The app confirms receipt only after the report is saved. You can also report it to support@hapiga.com. Reports are not an emergency service and are not reviewed continuously.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Some features require a subscription. The purchase screen shows the price, currency, billing period, features and any trial before you confirm. Available plans, prices and trial eligibility can differ by region and account. Google Play processes the purchase under its terms.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal deadline shown by your store. Cancel in Google Play before the next billing date to stop the next renewal. A free trial becomes a paid subscription at the stated price when the trial ends unless you cancel in time. If you switch plans, the store determines billing and any remaining trial benefit.

You can manage or cancel in Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Use the same store account that made the purchase. Access normally continues until the paid period ends, subject to store rules. Removing the app or deleting the Sippy account does not cancel billing. Request refunds through the store. Your statutory rights and the store's refund rules continue to apply. Restore purchases from the app with the original store account when available.

5. Fair use

Do not use the app for unlawful activity, abuse other people, send malicious code, disrupt the service or try to bypass access or purchase controls. Do not use another person's private data without authority. We can apply reasonable service limits or suspend access for abuse, security issues or failure to follow these terms.

6. Your content and app rights

You keep rights that you hold in the information that you enter. You allow us and our service providers to process it as needed to run Sippy and its requested features, as described in the Privacy Policy. We grant you a personal, limited right to use the app. App code, artwork, names and other protected material remain the property of their owners. Virtual coins, scenes and rewards are app features. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

7. Availability and changes

The app can require an internet connection. Features and availability can change, and maintenance or service failures can interrupt access. We can update these terms and show the date above. We give additional notice where required. Material changes do not remove rights that the law gives you.

8. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or suit every purpose. We are not responsible for loss that we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Mandatory laws and rights in your place of residence continue to apply.

9. End your use and contact us

You can stop using Sippy at any time. Follow the account deletion instructions to remove account data, and cancel any subscription separately. For questions, complaints or content reports, contact Hapiga Vietnam Company Limited at support@hapiga.com.
